2022 Bike Show

September is a big month for the Club. Not only do we have our regular Club meeting on the 11th, but our Annual Bike Show is on Saturday, the 17th. The location is the same as last year, the Yazoo Brewery, 900 River Bluff Drive, Madison 37115. The festivities start at 11am and run till 5pm. We are getting Show T Shirts printed up as well as posters. Sloan’s Motorcycle & ATV, as well as Ozamcreative have come on as sponsors this year, with possibly one or two more in the next week or so.

There are going to be eleven classes for the Bike Show ranging from Vintage British, American and European to Modern Classics and Competition. Each class winner will receive a nice trophy plaque as well as bragging rights. The Bike Show entry fee is $10 per bike, so ride or trailer in your sleds and put them in the Show. Yazoo has a nice, flat, paved parking lot so the bikes can be displayed safely. Yazoo also may let us display some bikes on their back patio which would look very cool.

If you have some parts or stuff to sell, we will have a Swap Meet area for that. Just tag your items with the price and your name or cell #. We have arranged for a DJ to crank out tunes as well as a couple of food trucks to be there. Of course, Yazoo’s tap room will be open with their excellent brews available. This is our big event of the year, so mark Saturday the 17th on your calendars and plan to be at the Show. We will have Club shirts available for sale along with the Show shirts, so if your current Club shirt is worn out or doesn’t fit anymore, or if you just want another one, you can snag one at the Show for $25.

This year, we welcome Sloan’s Motorcycle & ATV as a sponsor of the bike show. They’ve graciously donated $250 for show expenses and an additional $250 in gift cards as raffle prizes! Sloan’s now carries Triumph motorcycles, parts and apparel in their Murfreesboro store, so be sure to check them out for your Triumph needs! We’re excited to continue to partner with them with monthly meetings, rides, events and future shows. Head over to https://sloansmotorcycle.com/ and check out their inventory!
